π RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Return Authorization Required Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted with prior written approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded. You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your package by contacting us at: π©Β support@myrelux.com
π¦ RETURN CONDITIONS To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unopened, unused, and undamaged In its original, sealed packaging Returned within 5 business days of receiving approval Shipped with a valid tracking number and shipping receipt
Please note:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility We do not provide prepaid return labels We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking
π« NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
Product has been opened, used, or tampered with Return is requested after 24 hours of delivery Return is shipped without prior authorization Product was damaged due to customer misuse Hygiene seal is broken (for safety and health reasons)
β RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION Any package sent back to us without written return approval will be refused and not refunded. Such items may be discarded without notice for hygiene and safety compliance.
π³ REFUND POLICY Refund Eligibility Refunds are not automatic. Approval depends on: Valid reason for return Product condition upon return Proof of damage or defect (if applicable)
Refund Method If approved, refunds are issued as store credit only Cash or card refunds are not issued unless legally mandated
Refund Timeline Store credit will be issued within 7β15 business days after return inspection No credit will be given if return conditions are not met
π WRONG PRODUCT OR USAGE MISTAKE Please read product details carefully before purchasing. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns for incorrect product selection or buyer's remorse. In rare cases, a partial store credit or discounted reorder may be offered β this is at our sole discretion.
π§Ύ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number Clear photos showing the issue If verified, we will offer store credit for a replacement order. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged or defective products.
