Processing Times

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Order cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order enters our fulfillment queue and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Shipping Times

Once processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier conditions. We ship using YunExpress, which partners with trusted local couriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, USPS, and other regional carriers for final-mile delivery.

Courier Responsibility

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the courier’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused during transit. For such issues, please contact the shipping provider directly. Any disputes related to delivery or tracking issues must be resolved with the courier. Relux™ does not issue refunds or compensation for courier mishandling.
